All shipments are securely dispatched with tracking. Shipping costs remain the same regardless of the order quantity. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address.

Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and commence from the date of dispatch. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. If the grey men’s skincare fails to deliver within 30 days, you may have the right to cancel the purchase. Your order will be delivered to your local delivery point. A delivery notification will be sent via sms or email when your package is ready to be delivered.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges on beauty/skincare products. If the product is received damaged, please send a photo of the unopened product within 30 days of delivery to info@mouacare.com. Please do not return items without prior consultation; they will not be processed.

Keep proof of return shipment. The return shipment is your responsibility, so use a Track & Trace service. In the case of a refund, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed to the payment method of your order within 14 working days after receipt.
